En Claudio Coello 123 proponemos un diálogo intenso entre la armonía formal, funcional y volumétrica que todo nuevo edificio terciario requiere como objeto arquitectónico hoy en día, y por otro lado, la búsqueda del diálogo con un buen entorno urbano e histórico.

Ello nos lleva a proyectar una nueva fachada con carácter y autonomía que dialoga con sus colindantes de forma abstracta y con doble piel, una de lamas de hormigón orientadas al sol del este y otra de vidrio de altas prestaciones, rotunda, precisa y eficaz con el control del sol y de la energía.

Tras esa piel, se descubren nuevas atmósferas para nuevos espacios de trabajo y un gran lobby de fuerte impacto visual, con materiales contemporáneos de líneas limpias y atmósfera calma. Además de una espectacular cubierta, lugar de encuentro y trabajo rodeado de verde y con unas vistas inmejorables sobre el barrio de Salamanca.
